SHIPPING METHODS
Every orders are being delivered by GLS! GLS does not deliver on weekends or local holydays! Delivery prices are being calculated by GLS, we do not add any additional fee on them.
We only do shippings to the countries listed when choosing the destination of delivery.
The delivery time depends on the destination country, but is limited in a maximum of 14 working days (if the product is in stock).
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
In case you wish to adjust or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible on the following e-mail adress: szerveto@gmail.com, so that we don’t pack and ship the order. In case an order is being modified/cancelled after it has been sent out we reserve the right to charge the return price ont he buyer.
PRICE ERRORS
We reserve the right to cancel any incoming order with price errors.
CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER
Rocker Bt. will send you an e-mail containing details about your package’s status in 2 working days after receiving your order. In case we are out of stock of your desired item, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.
THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWING FROM THE PURCHASE
The customer have the right to withdraw from keeping the item(s) he/she payed for. He/she has 14 working days to do so. This period starts after the customer have received the package. In the e-mail about the intention of withdrawal we would like to ask our customers to include their order number, their name , the invoice’s number they received, and the account number we can send the item(s)’s price back to.

Our company cannot receive c.o.d. packages, due to technical reasons. The payback of the cost of items can only happen after investigating the obligation to do so, in the form of bank transfer or on postal checks, as it is stated in the 17/1999. (II.5.) Government Regulation.
If a withdrawal is being sent in a written form, it must be granted if it did arrive withiin the end of the deadline.
Rocker Bt. will send the amount paid by the customer back within 30 days after the arrival of the returned package.
The Customer bears every additional fees about the return, but he/she cannot be debited for more. However, Rocker Bt. can claim the price of the incidental damage occured by non-intended usage.
